  • What are your business hours?
    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. Communication is ONLY guaranteed during these hours.
  • How do I place an order
    Orders may be placed in our online store; If you don't see what you're looking for, or have a special request, please email CloptonDesignStudio@gmail.com for an invoice. After you place an order you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit any additional business info we may need. After your reply please allow 7-14 business days to recieve your designs. *TURN AROUND TIME MAY VARY DEPENDING ON WORKLOAD AND SIZE OF PROJECT.
  • How do I get in contact with CDS?
    We request that email is the primary method of contact. We offer a FREE 15 minute over the phone consultation for new clients, but all phone calls pertaining to a specific project must be scheduled and will be followed up via email for documentation purposes. We use this method to protect the "designer" Clopton Design Studio LLC. as well as you "the client" from hearsay and to ensure limited discrepancies throughout your project. Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST * We do not guarantee email responses outside of these hours.
  • What is the turn around time?
    Most designs only require 7-14 business days to complete depending on the size and volume of the project. This time may increase or decrease depening on current volume. Larger projects such as web design or packages can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks based on volume. Rush orders available for most items. *PLEASE NOTE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9AM-5PM EST
  • What is your refund policy?
    All services rendered are 100% NONREFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under NO circumstances can a refund be given after work; including but not limited to proofs have been issued and/or labor has began. If for any reason the service and/or order is cancelled by you, "THE CLIENT". All payments will serve as a cancellation fee. All projects require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% + Installment fee; when applicable. *Please see our store policies for a full list of our policies.
  • How many revisions do I get?
    Once you receive your concepts, you are allowed three (3) complimetary rounds of revisions to request any minor changes, such as colors, fonts, placement etc. All request for minor revisions after your complimentrary rounds will cost $15 each, unless there was a mistake made on our part. Major revisions and/or concept changes will cost more. *Revisions MUST be made within 72 hours of recieving files or they will be deemed as FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • What happends after CDS sends my concepts?
    It's as simple as choosing your favorite concept. If you love it, Great! Your final files will then be sent. You're allowed three (3) minor revisions. Revision request must be sent within 72 hours of Clopton Design Studio (CDS) sending your concepts. If no response is given, concepts will be deemed as final. Additional minor revisions thereafter sre $15 per revison. *Major revisons/concept changes will incur a cost that is greater than the cost of additional minor revisions.
  • What if I don't like my design?
    We have a broad portfolio and always recommend potential clients take a look at it to see if we're the right creatives for your project prior to making a purchase. After concepts are sent you are allowed three (3) rounds of minor revisions, if needed. Additional rounds are avaliable for an additional fee. Due to not being able to reclaim time or creativity, all sales are final and no refunds can be given.
  • Do you offer Web Design?
    Yes, we offer Web Development, Website Revamps & Web Updates on all platforms. Hosting will be avalible on our own platform very soon!
